Services Provided TheCyberWild provides cybersecurity advisory and managed security services to independent organizations across healthcare, legal, financial, nonprofit, education, real estate, and other sectors. Our engagements include security awareness training, risk assessments, governance and compliance advisory, managed detection and response, vulnerability management, incident response, and penetration testing.

Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization to use our services.

Account Responsibilities You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of any account credentials, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or use.

Payment and Billing Engagements are billed as fixed fees per the terms of your signed engagement agreement. A deposit may be required prior to commencement of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Customer Obligations You agree to:

Not misuse, resell, or reverse-engineer our services or deliverables

Provide reasonable access, information, and cooperation necessary for us to perform the engagement

Ensure that any third-party systems or data you provide to us are shared with appropriate authorization

Intellectual Property All content, branding, methodologies, software, reports, and materials produced or provided by TheCyberWild remain our property unless explicitly transferred in writing. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables for your internal business purposes only.

Third-Party Tools Some engagements may involve third-party platforms for scheduling, communication, monitoring, or document delivery. Their terms and privacy policies may also apply to your use of those tools.

Termination We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms or non-payment. You may cancel at any time with written notice. Prepaid or fixed-term engagements remain active and billable through the end of the agreed period.

Disclaimer of Warranties Our services are provided as professional advisory and managed security engagements. While we apply industry best practices and genuine expertise to every engagement, we do not guarantee the prevention of any specific security incident or breach, nor specific operational or compliance outcomes from our recommendations.

Limitation of Liability We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the amount you paid to TheCyberWild in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold TheCyberWild, its principals, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your misrepresentation of any information provided to us.

Data Handling We follow industry best practices for the protection of client data. Any information you share with us in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection, use, and retention.

Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following notice of an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
